This document is a LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT which will
be interpreted pursuant to the laws of the state or province in
which the ski shop is located. If any part of this agreement is
deemed to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall be
given full force and effect. This agreement is intended to provide
a COMPREHENSIVE RELEASE OF ALL LEGAL LIABILITY which is
binding upon and enforceable against all users of the equipment,
their heirs, representatives, executors, administrators and assigns,
in the event of any legal proceedings or claims of any type, from
any cause whatsoever. This agreement shall be interpreted to pro-
vide as broad and inclusive a release as is allowed by law and to
provide for the release of all negligence of the released parties to
the fullest extent allowed by law. The specific rights of the parties
may vary among different states and provinces.
